Job summary

Genius HRTech Services L.L.C - FZ - Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for Industrial Automation in Abu Dhabi to drive revenue growth with oil & gas clients, EPCs, and large industrial end users. You will own the territory strategy and lead complex sales cycles.

The role requires 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in automation, strong local networks, and proven consultative selling skills. Candidates with PLC/PAC/DCS/SCADA exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience in Industrial or Process Automation.
• Strong Abu Dhabi market experience and an established local customer network.
• Mandatory: Strong Oil & Gas industry sales experience.
• Experience selling to EPCs, large enterprises, and industrial end users.
• Experience with PLC/PAC, DCS, SCADA/HMI, industrial control and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual revenue, gross margin, and business growth targets.
• Develop and execute the territory sales strategy for Rockwell Automation and related automation solutions.
• Identify and convert opportunities across Oil & Gas, EPCs, and industrial end-user accounts.
• Build new customer pipelines and increase penetration within existing accounts.
• Develop relationships with plant management, engineering, procurement, operations, maintenance, and senior decision-makers.
• Drive consultative and solution-based selling across complex sales cycles.
• Identify and pursue large projects, framework agreements, modernization projects, and strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with EPCs and engineering consultants to influence vendor registration, AVL, specifications, and projects.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, account plans, forecasts, and CRM activities.
