Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IndoPersian Pastry kitchen to ensure efficiency and culinary standards.
• Monitor resource consumption and optimize equipment, ingredients, and inventory usage.
• Develop weekly set menus, monthly promotions, and seasonal offerings with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and support the kitchen team to maintain performance and teamwork.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene per HACCP and safety regulations.
• Deliver high-quality pastries and address guest requests and feedback promptly.
