Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inbound marketing or related roles.
• Experience handling inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone and social media.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or any CRM system.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to qualify leads and manage handover to Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone, social media and other channels.
• Support marketing campaigns by sending messages and monitoring responses.
