Job summary

Big Ticket LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior CRM Design professional to lead the creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp. You will translate briefs into high-quality, brand-aligned design and own the end-to-end process.

The role requires expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, advanced Figma proficiency, and a strong CRM portfolio. You will optimize creatives through testing, support the marketing team, and maintain scalable templates and design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Arts, Communications or Marketing.
Strong CRM and marketing communications portfolio.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience designing for CRM platforms such as XtremePush or Brevo.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
Ability to work 4 days a week in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Lead the creative development and execution of all CRM communications across Email and WhatsApp.
Translate campaign briefs into high-quality, brand-aligned design.
Own the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery.
Develop and maintain scalable design templates, components, and best practices.
Optimize creative based on campaign performance, customer insights, and A/B testing.
Support the broader Marketing Team with digital content, marketing campaign collaterals, and UX/UI support.
Maintain and organise all CRM creative assets, templates, and design libraries.
