Job summary

A&A Associate is seeking an proactive Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will manage inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media, engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and ensure timely assignment to the Sales team through Zoho CRM.

You will monitor responses, support marketing campaigns, perform lead qualification, and maintain accurate lead records to prevent duplicates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inbound marketing, lead generation or similar roles.
• Experience handling inquiries via WhatsApp, email, calls and social media.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Job description

A&A Associate is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and social media, engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and ensuring that qualified opportunities are promptly assigned to the appropriate Sales team through Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound enquiries received through WhatsApp, email, phone calls, social media, and other digital channels.
• Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns by sending campaign messages, monitoring responses, and engaging with interested prospects.
• Follow up with campaign respondents to understand their requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Monitor incoming emails and ensure enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Review comments, direct messages, and enquiries across social media platforms and engage with potential customers.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and communication.
• Qualify leads based on the company's defined criteria, including requirements, business needs, location, budget, and potential fit.
• Accurately update lead information, communication history, status, and follow-up activities in Zoho CRM.
• Create and maintain accurate lead and opportunity records while ensuring there are no duplicate or incomplete entries.
• Assign qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson based on predefined allocation guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth and timely lead handover.
• Monitor lead follow-ups and ensure enquiries are not missed or left unattended.
• Attend inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries as required and provide relevant initial information to prospective customers.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach across all communication channels.
• Track recurring enquiries, customer responses, and lead trends and share relevant feedback with the Marketing and Sales teams.
• Support the Marketing and Sales teams in improving lead response time, qualification, and conversion processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in inbound marketing, lead generation, customer service, telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Experience handling enquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or any other CRM system.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions and effectively qualify potential customers.
• Good understanding of lead management and sales handover processes.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and enquiries simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Responsive, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
