Job summary

Everwell in Dubai seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to drive CRM, automation and campaign excellence across channels. You will link strategy with execution, optimize lead nurturing, track performance and report insights to accelerate growth and memberships.

In this role you will own Zoho CRM administration, lead-scoring, segmentation and automation workflows, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, compliant communications and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM programs and campaigns.
• Proven ability to optimize lead nurturing and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Zoho CRM administration, pipelines and automation.
• Build and deploy email and messaging campaigns; nurture leads.
• Integrate campaigns across social, web, events and partners; ensure tracking.
• Monitor leads, response times and funnel movement; provide reporting.
