Job summary

A&A Associate is seeking an proactive Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will manage inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media, engage with potential customers, qualify leads, and ensure timely assignment to the Sales team through Zoho CRM.

You will monitor responses, support marketing campaigns, perform lead qualification, and maintain accurate lead records to prevent duplicates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inbound marketing, lead generation or similar roles.
• Experience handling inquiries via WhatsApp, email, calls and social media.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries across WhatsApp, email, phone and social media.
• Qualify leads and ensure timely handover to Sales via CRM.
• Update lead records, communication history and status in Zoho CRM.
• Support marketing campaigns by sending messages and tracking responses.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Track enquiries, responses and lead trends for feedback to Marketing.
