Meet defined SLAs related to response time, call handling time, and service quality metrics.
Manage general customer queries, policy updates, corrections, and basic service transactions.
De-escalate customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
Log all customer interactions accurately within CRM systems.
Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis to enhance FAQs and knowledge base updates.
Redirect complex cases to the appropriate department and ensure proper follow-up.
