Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or insurance preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers proactively before policy expiry dates to secure renewals.
• Present renewal quotations clearly and explain coverage, pricing, and policy options.
• Follow up consistently with customers who have not yet confirmed renewal decisions.
• Support customers through quotation acceptance, confirmation, and policy issuance requirements.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products where they provide value to customer needs.
• Work toward renewal conversion, premium generation, productivity, and sales targets.
• Handle objections professionally and use persuasive communication to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records covering customer interactions, quotation status, call outcomes, and follow-up requirements.
• Record detailed call notes so renewal activity remains visible and traceable.
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, or other teams to resolve issues delaying renewals.
• Keep renewal pipelines organized and prioritize opportunities by expiry date, value, and likelihood.
