Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager for In-Room Dining to lead a luxury in-room dining operation across guest rooms, suites, residences and VIP amenities. You will coordinate with Culinary, Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure seamless, personalized service while driving revenue and upholding luxury standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury F&B, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A focus on guest engagement, upselling, and operational efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Food and Beverage service experience, including supervisory/management experience in in-room dining within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of in-room dining service, order taking, VIP amenities, private dining, and luxury guest expectations.
• Proven leadership experience in training, performance management, and service-quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency in POS and hotel management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily in-room dining operation including order taking, preparation, delivery, presentation, billing, and clearance.
• Ensure orders meet service times and standards for accuracy, temperature, and presentation.
• Monitor telephone and digital order-taking procedures and guest preferences.
• Coordinate with Culinary on prep times, menus, dietary requirements, and allergies.
• Train and develop In-Room Dining team in etiquette, upselling, and luxury guest engagement.
• Drive revenue through suggestive selling and personalized dining experiences.
• Maintain communication with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Culinary teams.
• Monitor labor costs and productivity to improve profitability.
