Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Outlet Manager to lead a luxury F&B outlet with a hands-on approach and focus on guest satisfaction. You will manage daily operations, drive upselling, and coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 3-5 years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS and hotel platforms. On-site role with a focus on premium guest experiences in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of luxury F&B service experience, including supervisory or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of outlet operations, guest service, upselling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience in training, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest-relations skills; effective service recovery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and hotel management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain visible leadership during service, especially peak periods, to support the team.
• Train, coach and develop staff in service procedures, menu knowledge and upselling techniques.
• Plan staffing levels and schedules based on forecasted business volumes.
• Ensure proper cashiering, billing and POS procedures are followed.
