Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager - Outlet to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring luxurious guest experiences through effective supervision, service standards, and close collaboration with culinary and beverage teams.

You will lead, train, and engage the outlet team, manage staffing and rosters, monitor guest feedback, and drive revenue through upselling, cost control, and operational efficiency while upholding hygiene and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of F&B experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and luxury dining experiences.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor service standards across all meal periods and ensure HR compliance.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery promptly.
• Conduct daily briefings, training, and coaching to raise service quality.
• Assist in staffing, rosters, attendance, and productivity management.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor performance, cleanliness, and presentation; drive improvements.
• Support cost control, revenue enhancement, and upselling initiatives.
• Ensure policies, hygiene, and safety compliance are maintained.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Oversee reservations, guest preferences, and private events.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage with guests during peak periods.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations for outlet performance.
