Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress - In-Room Dining to deliver exquisite food and beverage service within guest rooms, suites, and villas. You will uphold luxury standards, ensure accurate orders, and maintain discretion in guest interactions.

Responsibilities include setup of in-room dining experiences, knowledge of menu and beverages, collaboration with kitchen and front office, and promoting dining offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in In-Room Dining or luxury restaurant service.
• Strong knowledge of dining etiquette and guest service principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely, courteous manner.
• Review guest orders for accuracy, presentation, temperature, and completeness.
• Set up in-room dining experiences including table arrangements and trolley presentations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings and beverage selections to assist guests.
• Communicate dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen clearly.
• Maintain regular contact with guests and handle additional requests or issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding and front office to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare, maintain, and replenish service stations and equipment.
• Collect trays and service equipment while upholding cleanliness and privacy.
• Process guest checks and handle payments following procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of in-room dining areas.
• Promote dining experiences and additional F&B offerings to boost revenue.
