Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Manager, In Room Dining to lead the operation and implement the department strategy. You will oversee staffing, financials, marketing initiatives and KPI delivery, driving guest satisfaction and revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years international experience in a similar role at manager level, pre-opening exposure, and a proven track record managing In Room Dining. We offer a tax-free UAE salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years international experience in a senior F&B role.
• Pre-opening experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage In Room Dining operations end-to-end.
• Strong business acumen and staff development.

• Develop and execute concepts and new initiatives for the department.
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue growth while maintaining guest satisfaction.
