Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for In-Room Dining to deliver exceptional service in guest rooms, suites and villas.

You will ensure accurate order delivery, maintain hygiene and presentation standards, and collaborate closely with kitchen and front office to support luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Diploma in Hospitality preferred; minimum 1 year luxury service experience; fluent communication; ability to handle dietary needs with discretion.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in In-Room Dining or luxury service.
• Strong knowledge of dining etiquette and guest service.
• Excellent communication and discretion with guests.

Responsabilités

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms, suites, and villas in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Review guest orders for accuracy, presentation, temperature, and completeness.
• Set up and present in-room dining experiences according to standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverage options to assist guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, and front office to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of service stations and storage areas.
