• 1-2 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to the department’s Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
• Respond to guest feedback and develop strategies to address service shortfalls.
• Monitor local market competition and industry trends; suggest improvements for the resort.
• Be innovative and investigate new ways of delivering services to guests.
• Handle guest complaints, comments, and requests professionally and document incidents for management review.
• Ensure adherence to the hotel’s credit policy by on-duty Concierge staff.
• Maintain knowledge about Bab Al Shams facilities and Dubai/Kerzner properties to answer guest inquiries.
• Record tasks in the appropriate forms or logbooks.
• Communicate with guests effectively and respond promptly to requests.
• Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading and transport arrangements.
• Maintain luggage room security and ensure proper records of deliveries.
