Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SOPs at all times.
• Responds to guest feedback and develops service improvements.
• Monitors local trends and suggests improvements.
• Handles guest complaints professionally and documents them.
• Loads and unloads luggage and assists guests to their rooms.
• Delivers faxes, messages, parcels and newspapers to guest rooms.
• Maintains knowledge of Bab Al Shams facilities to answer guest questions.
