Job summary

• Ensure prompt and efficient handling of guest luggage across arrival, stay, and departure; ensure security and safety of luggage.
• Assist with guest room key cards issuance and maintain control for guest security.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities; handle lobby paging and communication with Front Office as needed.
• Maintain logs and daily concierge desk records; provide courteous service and respond promptly to requests and inquiries.
