Job summary

SO/ in Dubai is seeking an energetic Bellman to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm and personalized service that defines the stay. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and promote hotel facilities while coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, with a keen eye for detail and professionalism in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Prior Bellman/Bellboy/Concierge experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotel environment advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain facilities and services.
• Provide information on dining, activities and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation including taxis and airport transfers.
• Deliver items to rooms and maintain discretion and security.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby, bell desk and storage areas.
• Support valet parking and guest parking inquiries.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping for seamless service.
• Stay informed about hotel services, hours, events and local attractions.
