Job summary

SmartConsulting.net seeks an Account Manager in Dubai to drive revenues with top iGaming clients. You’ll build strong relationships with Casino Directors, Owners, MDs and Marketing leads, acting as the primary contact and advising on business drivers.

You will develop market knowledge, provide consultative inputs to product teams, and represent the company at industry events, while reporting KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Sales/Account Management/CS in iGaming.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English and Korean; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers.
• Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers.
• Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers.
• Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to understand customers’ business drivers and requirements.
• Monitor user feedback to anticipate business needs and relay them to Product.
