Job summary

ARRISE in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of gaming clients, drive long‑term partnerships, and guide onboarding and integrations.

You will build strong relationships, provide regular KPI updates, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions while exploring upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management or Business Development (iGaming preferred).
• Proven ability to build client relationships and drive growth.
• Fluent in Korean and English, with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Support onboarding, integrations, and product launches with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and report KPIs to clients and management.
