Job summary

ARRISE in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager to handle a portfolio of clients, support their needs, and drive long-term partnerships in the fast-paced iGaming sector.

You will nurture relationships, assist with onboarding and integrations, coordinate with internal teams, and help identify growth opportunities while staying informed about market trends. This role offers training, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming experience).
• Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
