Job summary

ARRISE is hiring an Account Manager to manage a client portfolio, nurture long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The role supports onboarding, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver timely solutions for clients in a fast-moving international iGaming company.

The position can be based in multiple locations including Malta, Dubai, Serbia or Gibraltar, with travel as required to meet clients and events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).
• Experience building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
