Job summary

ARRISE is hiring an Account Manager in Dubai to manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, supporting onboarding, integrations, and revenue growth. You will build strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and drive client success across campaigns and product launches.

The role requires 1–2 years in account management with Korean and English fluency, and a willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Private health insurance and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success in iGaming.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and driving account growth.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
• Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
• Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
• Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
• Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
