Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring and maintaining ICT equipment.
• Ability to set up user accounts and profiles for all users.
• Maintaining inventory of hardware, software and passwords.
• Understanding safeguarding and school policies.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain ICT equipment according to instructions.
• Unpack and install ICT equipment and maintain an inventory file.
• Ensure equipment is functional before distribution and set up for lessons.
• Maintain records and logs of all work performed.
• Follow GEMS policies and safeguarding requirements.
