Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an ICT Support Engineer to join the ICT team on a 3‑months contract (extendable). The role is onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with immediate notice.

You will provide reliable technical support across school infrastructure, users, classrooms, and the digital learning environment. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of hands-on IT support, education experience preferred, and a Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in education is preferred.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Knowledge of Windows, networking, Microsoft 365 and IT support.
• Experience with classroom technology/AV is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support to staff and students.
• Support Windows endpoints, hardware, software, printers and classroom AV.
• Assist with Windows Server, Hyper-V and Veeam backup environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Assist with networking, Wi‑Fi, security and endpoint protection.
• Manage service desk tickets, preventive maintenance and IT assets.
• Support ICT projects, vendors and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and follow security procedures.
