Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher qualification.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Relevant experience in a warehouse, industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to supervise associates in a high-volume operation.
• Confidence managing attendance, performance and training needs.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and operational quality.
• Capacity to communicate expectations and recommendations clearly.
• Willingness to work across Inbound or Outbound functions as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inbound or Outbound fulfilment-center operations.
• Maintain accountability for safety, quality, productivity and associate experience.
• Establish clear departmental targets and communicate daily expectations.
• Identify individual and team training requirements.
• Coach associates and provide ongoing performance support.
• Monitor attendance and respond appropriately to absence concerns.
• Track production metrics and investigate performance variations.
• Use operational data to develop continuous improvement strategies.
• Present results, risks and recommendations to management.
• Conduct team safety briefings and reinforce safe working practices.
• Document incidents accurately and support corrective actions.
• Review timecards and help resolve attendance-record discrepancies.
• Share effective working practices across departments and shifts.
• Partner with HR, Facilities, Safety and IT to obtain project resources.
• Balance urgent operational demands with longer-term improvement plans.
