Job summary

Rently is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in Dubai to support sales and partnerships, onboarding customers, and delivering a smooth rental journey.

You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborate with relocation agencies and HR teams, manage leads in the CRM, and help expand our RNPL program across the UAE. The role requires 2-5 years in sales or account support and a customer-friendly, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account support.
• Customer-friendly mindset with strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organization of documents and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding, communicate required documents, and guide submissions.
• Organize customer documentation for internal tenant evaluation and coordinate with assessment teams.
• Assist with contracts and approval processes, and follow up on payments before handover to collections.
• Identify potential corporate leads and pass opportunities to the sales team; build relationships with relocation agencies and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and partnership activity in the CRM.
