Job summary

Rently UAE is hiring a Junior Sales Executive to support the sales and partnerships team, assist customers through onboarding, and help deliver a smooth rental journey. You will engage with relocation agencies, HR teams, and service providers, while keeping CRM records up to date.

The role may require weekend work with mid-week days off. Hybrid setup in Dubai-based offices is offered to enable collaboration with a fast-scaling proptech team.

We're Hiring: Junior Sales Executive

At Rently UAE, we're reimagining renting through our Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) program. As we expand, we're looking for a Junior Sales Executive (2-5 years of relevant experience) to support our sales and partnerships team, assist customers through the onboarding process, and help deliver a smooth rental journey.

Please note: This role may require working on Saturday and Sunday. When this happens, days off would move to the middle of the week.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support & Onboarding

• Assist in communicating required documents and guiding customers through the submission process.
• Collect and organize customer documentation for internal tenant evaluation.
• Support coordination with the tenant assessment team to ensure applications are reviewed on time.
• Help prepare contracts and support the approval process.
• Assist with payment follow-ups before handing over to the collections team.

Sales & Partnerships Support

• Identify potential corporate leads and pass opportunities to the sales team.
• Support relationship-building with relocation agencies, HR teams, and other service providers.
• Help set up marketing collaborations with aligned brands to raise awareness.
• Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and partnership activity in the CRM.
