Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales or account management experience in equipment rental.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and key account tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow rental revenue from national accounts.
• Manage personal rental performance against KPIs and targets.
