Ride.Rent UAE is hiring an Operations Associate to support daily marketplace operations and ensure smooth booking and partner coordination. This role focuses on handling bookings, coordinating with suppliers, resolving operational issues, and maintaining service quality across the platform.You will work closely with account management, customer support, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of rentals, accurate data updates, and consistent operational standards.

What You Will Bring!

• One to three years of experience in operations support customer operations or marketplace roles
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Experience handling bookings partner coordination or service issues
• Basic understanding of operational KPIs and process workflows
