Rently is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in Dubai to support sales and partnerships, onboarding customers, and delivering a smooth rental journey.

You will work in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborate with relocation agencies and HR teams, manage leads in the CRM, and help expand our RNPL program across the UAE. The role requires 2-5 years in sales or account support and a customer-friendly, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contracts and approval processes, and follow up on payments before handover to collections.
• Identify potential corporate leads and pass opportunities to the sales team; build relationships with relocation agencies and HR teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and partnership activity in the CRM.

At Rently UAE, we're reimagining renting through our Rent Now, Pay Later (RNPL) program. As we expand, we're looking for a Junior Sales Executive (2-5 years of relevant experience) to support our sales and partnerships team, assist customers through the onboarding process, and help deliver a smooth rental journey.

Please note: This role may require working on Saturday and Sunday. When this happens, days off would move to the middle of the week.

What You'll Do:

Customer Support & Onboarding

• Assist in communicating required documents and guiding customers through the submission process.
• Collect and organize customer documentation for internal tenant evaluation.
• Support coordination with the tenant assessment team to ensure applications are reviewed on time.
• Help prepare contracts and support the approval process.
• Assist with payment follow-ups before handing over to the collections team.

Sales & Partnerships Support

• Identify potential corporate leads and pass opportunities to the sales team.
• Support relationship-building with relocation agencies, HR teams, and other service providers.
• Help set up marketing collaborations with aligned brands to raise awareness.
• Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and partnership activity in the CRM.
