CBK Meetings And Events L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a service-oriented Customer & Sales Specialist to support clients booking accommodation and ground services for international medical congresses.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate with hotels and suppliers, and maintain CRM records while building lasting relationships with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations and event organizers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in customer service, sales, travel, hospitality, events or group bookings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and recommend suitable accommodation and ground services.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up open opportunities.
• Support pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organisations, agencies and group organisers through the sales and booking process.
• Build strong client relationships and identify repeat and additional business.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers and internal operations colleagues.
• Maintain accurate CRM quotation and client records.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
