Job summary

CAFEPASTE in Dubai seeks a proactive sales professional to manage inbound corporate enquiries via our website and digital channels. You will analyse prospect needs and guide clients to the right CAFEPASTE model and configuration, then run quotations and unit reservations to a professional standard.

Maintain clear client communication across phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM to build trust. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission, hybrid working, and training and development

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in UAE hospitality or F&B equipment sector (as stated).
• Confident CRM user and ability to manage records accurately.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage; UAE residency or work eligibility is expected.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage inbound corporate enquiries from our website and digital channels.
• Analyse prospect needs and recommend the right CAFEPASTE model and configuration.
• Run quotation and unit reservation processes to a professional standard.
• Maintain client communication across phone, WhatsApp, email and CRM.
• Follow up on quotations on time and in a disciplined way.
• Build long-term relationships with premium hotels, restaurants, cafés and hospitality brands.
• Keep CRM records complete and up to date.
• Track the sales conversion performance of inbound enquiries.
• Work in line with our brand communication standards and premium customer experience approach.
