Job summary

Jobs at Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator in Dubai to support event sales and client relations. You will work closely with the Manager to drive revenue, coordinate logistics, and ensure client satisfaction across smaller events.

This role requires thorough CRM use, timely follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver world-class service and accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Directly sell smaller events, as determined appropriate by the Manager.
• Drive Results – Maximise revenue and adhere to event profit guidelines for all assigned business.
• Deliver World Class Service – Meet client needs through attending client meetings and responding to client concerns, questions and problems.
• Follow up with clients through final billing, thank you letters, post-event service evaluations and lead hand-offs.
• Effectively use Encore tools and resources to respond to customer requests.
• Ensure CRM is accurate and up to date at all times.
