Job summary

DMG Events seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive sponsorship and exhibition revenue across its UAE event portfolio. You will identify opportunities, manage exhibitor relationships, and close deals through consultative selling.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and sponsorship teams to deliver tailored solutions, maintain robust CRM records, and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sponsorship, exhibition, or event sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute structured sales plans aligned with event objectives.
