Job summary

Mizuho in Dubai is seeking an IT & Facilities Manager to oversee both IT support and facilities operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant offices across the UAE.

You will coordinate maintenance, manage external vendors, support budget planning, and deliver timely IT assistance, moving desks, coordinating relocations, and supporting AV and meeting room setups to enable smooth business activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, office services, or IT support roles.
• Proactive problem solving and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication with staff and visitors.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks to keep offices safe, presentable, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance with external contractors and landlord suppliers.
• Support annual FM budget planning and asset lifecycle management.
• Provide first-line IT support and liaise with external IT vendors when needed.
• Set up meeting rooms and support IT equipment for client meetings
