Job summary

Mizuho EMEA in Dubai is seeking an IT & Facilities Manager to support IT operations and facilities services across the office.

You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate maintenance, assist with annual budgets, oversee health and safety, space planning, and staff IT support, ensuring smooth daily operations and client-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, office services, or IT support.
• Working knowledge of CAFM systems.
• Practical, hands-on approach with problem solving.
• Excellent communication and professional manner with staff and visitors.
• Well organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic health & safety awareness (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).
• Valid driving licence for travel between sites (if required).

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine building checks, ensuring a safe, presentable office.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate maintenance, PPM schedules, and budget preparation.
• Assist IT with first-line support and liaise with outsourced IT providers.
• Set up meeting rooms, support IT equipment, and aid relocations.
• Provide regular reports to senior stakeholders.
