Job summary

Capital seeks a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee operations across multiple offices in the UAE. You will manage service providers, coordinate hard and soft FM services, and drive improvements while aligning with budget and business priorities.

The role requires experience in office fit-outs, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to engage with senior leadership. You will ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing facilities across multiple countries or regions.
• Full FM lifecycle experience across hard and soft services, with solid technical knowledge.
• Track record of delivering office fit-outs end to end, including projects outside home location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Multi-Site Facilities & Portfolio Management across offices, ensuring standards and costs are consistent.
• Oversee and manage service providers and contracts across sites; primary contact for vendors and landlords.
• Coordinate hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, maintenance, security and grounds.
