Qualifications

• Previous experience in a facilities office services or IT support role.
• Working knowledge of common IT & CAFM systems.
• Practical hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine FM tasks to keep office safe and compliant.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate PM schedules and budget planning for building systems.
• Provide IT and AV support and coordinate relocations and assets.
