Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a senior business development professional to grow the HPE POD modular data center solutions across UKIMEA, with a focus on AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud services, and enterprise workloads. You will shape opportunities, engage with executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end POD deployments.

You will drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and translate customer requirements into scalable POD configurations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in data center infra, HPC, modular infra or enterprise tech solutions.
• Experience engaging with senior technical and executive stakeholders on infra strategy and large-scale investments.
• Experience in business development, solution sales, or infrastructure consulting within enterprise IT/cloud/data center industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development for HPE POD and modular data center solutions across AI, education, research, and enterprise environments.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities for modular data center deployments including AI factory infra and HPC clusters.
• Lead engagement with customers to translate requirements into POD-based solutions and end-to-end proposals.
• Coordinate with account teams, solution architects, and partners to develop scalable architectures and lifecycle services.
• Act as trusted advisor on modern data center architecture, capacity scaling, and AI-ready infra.
• Lead major proposal efforts and RFP responses for modular data center solutions.
