Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree within the last 12 months in a technical field (CS/Engineering/IS/Technology).
Up to 12 months of relevant experience (internships, placements, projects, or part-time roles welcome).
Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales/Presales/Channel teams across the full sales lifecycle.
Translate customer business challenges into technical solution designs.
Assist in solution sizing, configuration, and architecture under guidance of senior Presales professionals.
Contribute to customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to build confidence.
Participate in proof-of-concepts, pilots, and technical validations as needed.
Continue to develop technical knowledge through formal training and on-the-job learning.
