Job summary

Procom Middle East in Dubai is seeking an HR professional to own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent.

You will post roles on LinkedIn and other channels, screen CVs, coordinate interviews and references, and manage offers and onboarding while maintaining confidential records and responding to HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in HR with recruitment involvement.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• English required; Arabic preferred for local regulatory tasks.

Job Overview

Owns the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to attract and secure the right talent, while providing day-to-day HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Role Definition & Job Postings: Work with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft and update job descriptions, and post openings on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies; screen CVs and run first-round interviews to build qualified shortlists.
• Interview & Selection Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments and feedback with hiring managers, keep candidates informed at every stage, and conduct reference checks.
• Offers & Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, manage candidate acceptance and pre-joining requirements, and coordinate onboarding and orientation for new joiners.
• Recruitment Tracking & HR Support: Maintain the recruitment pipeline and report on hiring progress (open positions, time-to-hire), keep confidential personnel records up to date, and respond to routine staff inquiries on HR policies.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–6 years in HR function with direct involvement in recruitment. Experience in recruitment agency a plus

Skills: Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.

Competencies: High confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Languages: English proficiency required (Arabic language skills preferred for local regulatory tasks).
