Job summary

Al Mashaan General Trading & Gen Contracting for Buildings is seeking a recruitment coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. You will liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

The role supports onboarding, maintains candidate databases, and communicates outcomes to candidates. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Assist in preparing employment offers and communicating outcomes to candidates.
• Support onboarding for newly hired employees.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.
