Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment, with excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support local and international recruitment activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory, both written and spoken.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
