Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably 2+ years.
• Fluent in Arabic; good written/spoken English.
• Experience with real estate, sales, or high-volume hiring is a plus.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Knowledge of ATS and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong interviewing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Awareness of UAE recruitment practices and laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various departments.
• Post job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, recruitment platforms, and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate applicants based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on recruitment decisions.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring targets and recruitment performance.
• Ensure candidate information is handled confidentially and recruitment procedures follow company policies.

Qualifications and requirements

• Previous professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is mandatory, preferably at least 2 years.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with good written and spoken English.
• Experience recruiting for real estate, sales, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
• Familiarity with UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations is an advantage.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
