Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business goals. You will partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and shape recruitment approaches across our group.

You will manage onboarding, coordinate with multiple recruitment agencies, oversee end-to-end hiring, monitor KPIs, and contribute to employer branding and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP role.
• Experience coordinating with more than three recruitment agencies at a time.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and employment laws.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Experience in a group or multi-company environment is highly desirable.
