Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth and transformation.Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model effectiveness across multiple business functions.Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent review initiatives to strengthen future leadership pipelines.Champion employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs to enhance organizational performance.Leverage workforce analytics and HR insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership capacity.Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives within complex organizations.Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies.
