  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies.
