Job summary

The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of recruitment experience, strong knowledge of ATS systems, and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Experience in high-volume hiring within sectors like contracting or telecom will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in high-volume hiring and working in sectors like contracting, telecom, or similar industries is an advantage.
