Responsibilities

• Support the operational side of Human Capital focusing on HR reporting, Excel-based analysis, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Execute daily HR operations including employee data updates, record maintenance, and system transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and ensure data integrity at all times.
• Provide ERP/HR system support: process, review, extract HR-related information; support system-based HR workflows and requests.
• Ensure information entered or extracted from the system is accurate and aligned with HR requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system-related gaps, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Support reporting activities using data available from Oracle or similar HR platform to produce structured reports.

Qualifications

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Human Capital, HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in HR reporting and Excel.
• Experience using Oracle or similar HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling reports and HR information.
• Ability to organize information clearly and produce structured reports.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and following up on operational matters.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
